Ideas for Claude Code mods

Feature requests that people opened on Claude Code's GitHub, the most thumbs up first. ModsCode is not part of Anthropic: these are other people's words, and each row links to its issue on GitHub. Some of them might be built as a mod; ModsCode has not checked which. 859 of the 2,790 open requests labelled enhancement, read on 2026-10-11.

Requests about the model, signing in, installing, the API providers and the IDE extensions are left out, because a mod does not change those. Only the title, the counts and the labels are shown here; open the issue to read the request.
